Hello,
The cell input resistors are too big. We typically recommend between 20 and 100 Ohms resistors.
On the BREG pin, it is recommended to use a 10M Ohm resistor from BREG to VSS to avoid leakage current during shutdown mode.
Although it is not shown in the schematic, it is worth mentioning that the Sense Resistor should be connected to different GND paths and should be different from IC GND.
Please CLICK on this video for more details on creating your own schematic.

Hi Jose:
There has some questions as below.
1. How to understand the 11.3 Secondary protections, PF FET flag? about that descriptions which likes OCP functions, can you explain more for us? how to use it?
2. About charger detect function, does there has on/off flag can be set? we want to turn off it on some application.
Looking forward your feedback.
Thanks a lot.
Hello Statham,
1- There's the Safety Overcurrent in Charge (SOCC) PF. Please see section 5.3.5 in TRM
2- If:
(PACK pin voltage - Top-of-Stack (TOS) voltage) > Power:Sleep:Sleep Charger PACK-TOS Delta
AND
Top-of-Stack(TOS) voltage < Power:Sleep:Sleep Charger Voltage Threshold
Then, charger detection occurs. So to disable charger detection, you probably want to set Power:Sleep:Sleep Charger PACK-TOS Delta high enough.
Note: There are other ways that the BQ76952 can detect a charger. Refer to Load Detect functionality in TRM. Also, TS2 pin can be pulled down to exit shutdown mode.
