TLV62568A: Best efficiency voltage step-down regulator

Hi all,

I would like to try this design proposed here but the switcher TLV62568A looks not available for order. Since it been 4 years ago, I'm wondering if there is any replacement model for that switcher or a better solution.

Me, I would like to reduce voltage of 4.2V from a 3.7V Lithium battery connected to a charger and powering a Lora sx1276 (1.8V to 3.7V) to 3.3V. And I would like to have the maximum efficiency for battery live.

Hi Moheddin,

Thank you for your response. If I understood I think the amperage of TPS62A01 is too high (1-2A), Lora will works from 0.2uA to 20mA with a max of 120mA.

And 25-μA quiescent current is it good enough? I was expecting lower.

If you are interested in low quiescent current with higher efficiency in lighter loads, then I would recommend the following devices.
