If the output is reverted, it means that the conditions are not met to output correct signal. 

Please check your configuration file.

Thanks for your response.

I suspected this at the time and so went back and tried to prove that it wasn't the case I was inspecting the live system monitor and the system monitor was reporting that say an active high signal had been asserted but what I measured on the output from the UCD was a signal that was low. I tried going back to a completely stripped-back configuration where I had GPOs there where independent of any conditions.

Even with GPOs that are independent I was seeing the inverting behaviour despite the system monitor showing differently.

I was asking about this incase you where aware of a bug that would cause this behaviour. I am happy that my application works with my manual inversions but it is just something I've had to call out as a known concern so had an action to check this with TI.

All rails' ON_OFF_CONFIG is set to OPERATION and the PIN_SELECTED_RAIL_STATE feature is on

Based on your settings. All rails shall be on as long as loopback_in is LOW. is this what your intention?

If you expect the another way around, please change the loopbackin's polarity to ACTIVE HIGH.
