TLC6C5712-Q1: Correlation between recommended operating range and absolute maximum rating.

Hello Expert,

I have question about IREF, LATCH, PWMx, SCK, SDI pin's recommended operating range and absolute maximum rating.

Those pin's absolute maximum rating is Vcc but recommended operating range is 5.5V.
It seems that there is possibility that recommended operating range will be exceed absolute maximum rating when I compare both value literally.

I suspect that those pin's AbsMax rating is from the connection of internal ESD protection so I guess that recommended operating range should be setting as Vcc.

Is this assumption right?
