On the TPS543B22 product folder there is this link where the different cad formats of device symbols and footprints can be downloaded.

Also, added the gerber files and package drawing.

Attached are the gerbers, layers can be turned on/off

The drawings can be bit of puzzle to get the distances but see the attached.
