I was wondering if it is possible to overwrite the golden file on the BQ40z50EVM with a new one?

Also, where can I find the .STEP file for the BQ40z50EVM, the BQ79616EVM, and teh TIDA-00883?

Hello Adam,

Yes, you can overwrite the golden file with a new one.

You can generate the Flashstream file that contains the steps using the firmware tab of bqStudio

Thanks, any update on my second question. Where can I find the .STEP file for the BQ40z50EVM, the BQ79616EVM, and the TIDA-00883?

I do not think .STEP files are used for BQ40Z50. The Assembly, Gerber, PCB files etc are in the Design files section of link :
