LM3697: LM3697 Voltage too high

Part Number: LM3697

Hi team,

At present, the registers configured by the software are as follows:

0x24 > 1 (enable control A)

0x10 > 0 (ch1/ch2/ch3 use control A)
0x19 > 7 (enable ch1/ch2/ch3 feedback)

However, we only use the channel of ch1, so the ch2/ch3 feedback detects an open circuit,

resulting in about 23V output of LEDA and about 7V output of LEDK at maximum brightness.

My question is, in this case, is it better to only close the feedback of ch2/ch3(0x19 > 7), or to close ch2/ch3(0x10 > 6) directly? and why?
Looking forward to your reply.

Thanks

Best regards

Lillian
