TPS3899: The spice model is version dependent

Part Number: TPS3899

Hi Team,

Our customer is looking for a PSpice model of TPS3899 that would work with Cadence Allegro 2019. Do we have an old PSpice model of TPS3899? Please see the details of his inquiry below.

Your TPS3899 spice model is very dependent on the version used.  There is a discussion in Power Management Forum that points out the shortfall of the model.  I happen to be using the version below and don’t have opportunity to download a different version as it’s supplied by the company software site.  Is there a way to get the model updated to work in more versions?

Supposedly it works, according to the forum writeup, in version 17.40.029 (and later?).  Please help with this…
