TPS63000: TPS63000 Vds rating

Hi,

I'd like to confirm the 4 internal FET Vds spec. of TPS63000.

1. Do we have AC spec. (both min. and max.) for short time period, saying 10n~20ns?

2. how is voltage rating for (VIN - L1) and (L2 - Vout) pins? Are they all 7 V?

Hi Alan,

once the voltage is over spec. out of the ABS. device may have a permanent damage. so just take the ABS as ref is ok.

for the voltage rating, yes, you are correct.
