Hi Gareth,

This is not recommended. If the customer would like to use OTP/VAP/FRS function, it is better to connect to a GPIO pin, so it can toggle between high and low.

It is Okay to keep OTG/VAP/FRS high. The only concern is the customer may run into OTG/VAP/FRS mode if set the register incorrectly. The pin voltage change can avoid this mistake.
