Hello,

for our Automotive application we need to deliver 5KW power. It is possible by using interleave buck. So we looking for design 6 phase interleave buck. is it possible to design 6 phase interleave buck using LM5146?

if your ansewer is yes then we are more interested in quote.

Hi Santosh,

The LM5143A-Q1 is a better choice when more than two phases are required. This is a current-mode controller and, unlike the LM5146-Q1, is specifically design for multi-phase applications.

Just We need one suggestion from your side, If i want to go with 6 Phase then how sync should be done? Can you provide the guideline for that so it will be helpful for software prospective? So we can finalize our Architecture design. Please explain in detail.

Hi Santosh, you can use an MCU to generate three SYNCIN signals with 120 degree phase separation. Note that each IC has two phases effectively set at 0 and 180 degrees.
