sorry ,

my question is how do you draw current to 225mA ILED2 , 550mA ILED2 ,250mA ILED1/3?

Use the parameter measurement circuit of page 9 in the datasheet and program the current via the I2C interface. I2C memory settings are given on page 33 of the datasheet. Connect a LED diode and a current meter in series to the LED on the current sinks LED1/2/3. Measure the current and the voltage across LED+current meter and sum them up to get the output power delivered. Divide this by the measured input power and you have the efficiency.

In the video mode you can switch between those two currents by pulling Tx pin (C3) high and low. You need to set the register to 110 and pull Tx pin high to move from 150mA to 225mA.
