Hi,

We are creating a Thunderbolt product using the Intel Tapex Creek w/ TPS65988DJ & TPS65982BB design,

We are having some issues getting our design working, using the Tapex template in the TPS65988 GUI and tweaking all options to our design we only get the billboard device (using a Type C cable), no Thunderbolt (with a TB cable),

After investigating the GUI tool I saw the Titan ridge template and looking at the extra options available I managed to get Thunderbolt connectivity, unfortunately there is no billboard as it seems the option to merge the BB binary is only available when the GUI is using the Tapex template,

Is there a way to have the extra customisation of the Titan Ridge template with the ability to merge the BB image from the Tapex template?

Hi Joel,

Which version of the GUI are you using? (x.x.xx)

Can you share the pjt file you are using for both cases?

Hi Chris,

Apologies for the delay in getting back to you, turns out we were using the old 5.x.x version, updating to the 6.x.x version has given us the options we were looking for, we'll continue testing with this version and if we have any issues I'll get back to you,
