We are using TPS 48111 in our BMS design.
We found that the precharge MOSFET gate drive got failed. We don't know the exact reason.do you see some possible reasons for this fail.
We were charging the battry before discharging.w
We followed the sequence of switching ON the precharge and main mosfets.
We have already varified the schematic and the layout with you.
Now one more question.
We don't see the actual current waveform during short circuit protection.
How to get this waveform slower so that clear waveform on DSO will be seen.
Our system requirements are:-
Continuous current=75A
Peak current=150A for 10Sec
Short circuit current =265A. For 15 micro Sec
Could you please send the exact calculated values.
Note: short circuit current waveforms need to be seen on DSO.
