The customer want to confirm whether the discharge data at -20 degrees is normal. At the end for discharge the RSOC from 9% quickly reduced to 0%, skipped 5%.

    Have they completed the GPCRB process?

    Can you share the report from GPCRB along with the data submitted and .gg file?

    Without low temperature optimization SOC will most likely jump when temperature goes below 0degC.
