Hi Team,
In the Application Report, I don't know where the value of Acp and ωRI come from. Can you give me a hint? Thanks.

Hi Charlie,
Acp is a gain of internal compensation. wRI is the angular frequency of internal compensated zero.
D-CAP3 is with integrated compensation. Those values are normally fixed after you select a switching frequency for a D-CAP3 converter.
I don't know if you have read the part I app note SLVAF11. It has more detailed introduction about the internal compensation.
Thanks,
Andrew
Hi Andrew,
Thanks for your quick reply. Yes, I have read the app note SLVAF11.
A ripple generation circuit is integrated. Will the datasheet give the resistance and capacitance of the ripple generating circuit, or directly give the location of the zero point?
I searched the datasheet again, but I still didn't find the value of Acp and ωRI .And I only found explanations about compensating the zero point. Did I miss it when looking at the datasheet? Thanks.

Regards,
Charlie
Hi Charlie,
The internal compensation circuit is confidential.
Compensated zero is given in some datasheet.
A more common method now is to directly give recommended bom range including L, C and feedforward cap in datasheet to ensure converter stability. Customer could use our part easily following the recommendation.
Thanks,
Andrew
