TPS61032: 5V input

Hi Dice,

Sorry that the datasheet doesn't give a detailed information about this thing. I personally think it is ok but output voltage ripple will become larger with 5V input.

What does your application and requirements? Maybe we can promote other devices for you.

In the thread below, it is written that VIN>VOUT is impossible.

Is it impossible even when VIN=VOUT?

It works at 25℃, but the TPS61032 breaks down at -20℃, so we are investigating the cause.

Is the VIN=VOUT condition possible with the TPS61232?

There is an application example below in the datasheet, but I avoid using VIN≧VOUT.

I don't find the test results based on VIN>=VOUT, so I doubt the information here may be a little mistake. Because TPS61032 is using fixed frequency control, I think when VIN >= VOUT, because the limitation of min-on time, there will be a little unstable and then cause larger ripple. 

By the way TPS61232 is using COT control, so there is no problem when VIN=VOUT.
