Hi TI community,
We are currently using the BQ27Z561-R2 battery gauge in our project, and we are experiencing an issue with one of the gauges. We have four boards with the same BQ27Z561-R2 battery gauge, but suddenly one of the gauges is not able to write data to flash. We have checked the gauge, and it is in unsealed mode only. We have confirmed that the same program is flashed on all four boards, but only one board is experiencing this issue.
We have tried a few steps to diagnose the problem, including checking the hardware connections, verifying the power supply, and double-checking the firmware. However, the issue persists.
We would appreciate any insights or suggestions on how we could further troubleshoot this issue or resolve it. Thank you for your help.
