Are there any other similar products (high-side switches) to TPS48111LQDGXRQ1 available?
We really just need the chip to provide a controlled ramp to drive the MOSFET gate and to provide things like overvoltage, overcurrent, etc protection.
This is for a soft start feature to power a 1.5mF capacitive load, the max current would be under 1A, and we'd need a tramp of about 500ms to 1s.
We'll be switching the MOSFET out of the circuit once the inrush is over.
Unfortunately, we do not have any flexibility with respect to the input voltage.
If we could feed the chip a lower voltage and simply use it as a gate driver for our external MOSFET, then I think that could work.
Alternatively, do you have products specifically for driving gates with adjustable delays (via external RC)?
