May I know whether a power regulated from a switching regulator (like PTR08100W) can be used to power up 3 other linear regulators?

Yes, any of our power supplies can power other power supplies/ICs if the output voltage and current ratings of the first match the input voltage and current needs of the second.

If you need some LDO recommendations, you can post to the linear regulator forum with your power specs.
