TPS62110-HT: Enable pin not working correctly

Hello Concerned Person,

I have a DC-DC converter circuit in which enable pin is not working correctly. Schematic is uploaded for converter(don't know its visible for you or not)

according to datasheet the Enable pin will enable the converter at 1.3V. but in our circuit controller is being enabled at 0.3V( test is done ) Kindly check the schematic and let me know what could be the reason for that ?

Your schematic looks fine. This device does not have a precise EN feature so the turn-on threshold VIH min of 1.3V only guarantees a EN logic HI. However, lower voltage levels can also be logic HI as long as above 0.3V since that is the VIL EN max threshold below which a EN logic LOW is guaranteed. It looks like you do need a precise EN threshold to ensure this device gets turned ON only when VIN is at 7.36V. Are you open to looking for other devices that may work here? Also, can you share your requirements related to ambient and junction temperature since you are using a HT device.

Hi, Our requirement is 175C ambient temperature. The device will be used in Downhole drilling application. Actually we do need somehow precise Turn On. Because we want two board to turn On at different times to avoid inrush current on Input DC bus. we are open to have suggestions. Thanks

Here is another HT part TPS54362-HT. The EN threshold increase to 0.7V. But may still have same issue. Please take a look in the link as below.
