LM63615-Q1: Inductor selection

Part Number: LM63615-Q1

When selecting a inductor for LM63615,  inductor  saturated current should be higher than   Inductor peak ripple current(ΔIL_max) ) or short circuit current of buck convertor(Isc) ?

    Hi,

    Ideally, the saturation current rating of the inductor is at least as large as the high-side switch current limit, ISC (see Datasheet Section 7). This ensures that the inductor does not saturate even during a short circuit on the output.
