BQ25713: BQ25713 has a 12.6V bump when booting

Is there any more information on what the 12.6 V bump is? Is the customer using the tip and barrel method to measure with?

We would have to do more debugging to find out why. I don't know if more debugging is what is needed at the moment.

If it is needed, do you know what the voltage of CELL_BATPRESZ is when this happens the voltage bump happens?

The machine is not equipped with battery, and CELL_ BATPRESZ is only connect with a 56k resistor to VDDA.

How to make CELL_ BATPRESZ drives low.
