We are using TPS54623RHLR part in one of our project for DC-DC buck converter(12V in and 5V out).
Please check the attachments for schematic and .lib(which I used for my simulation):
I am performing simulation for the same circuit in ANSYS tool, where I used actual simulation models(.lib or other simulation files) for all the components.
What I noticed is that the expected output should be 5V but in simulation I got only 1V.TPS54623_TRANS.lib
Could you please help on the attached .lib file?
Am I using the latest or correct .lib file of TPS54623RHLR ?, if not please provide the updated one!
Also, kindly reach out to me if you need further data on this from our side.
