Given the age of this device (it was released in 1967), the only information we have and are able to provide is the thermal information in the datasheet:

We do not have characterization data and are not able to run simulations given the device's age.

Hi Timothy,

Many thanks for looking into this. We completely understand the situation due to the device's age. However, the thermal information in the datasheet seems to be specified for the SN7545xB devices. Do similar thermal data (particularly the RθJB) apply to SN5545xB devices?

Jejomar,

The only additional information I found was this separate revision of the datasheet:

Other than this, we will not have any information as far as the thermal characteristics of the device.
