TPS7H1101SPEVM: TPS7H1101HKR/EM package dimensional tolerances and maximum pressure/compressive forces

Hello, 

My customer is looking for information about package dimensional tolerances and the maximum pressure or compressive forces that can be applied to the top of the TPS7H1101HKR/EM packages for possible top cooling/heat sink applications.

    Adam,

    The epod for the package drawing contains the dimensions and tolerances of the package.

    This is part of the packaging addendum that is part of the datasheet.   These are located near the end of the datasheet.

    With respect to compressive forces.   I will need to confer with our packaging engineers, and possibly the package vendor. 

    I have not heard of this type of request before, so uncertain on what data we can obtain.   I will reply back with more info as it is available.

    I apologize for delay.

    I did get feedback from packaging.

    We do test the packaging with 30kg of centrifuge.
