TPS51200-Q1: Sinking current clarification

Hi Experts,

Would like to confirm:
The device TPS51200QDRCRQ1 can handle reverse current of 1A (going into the Vout pin) continuously, correct?

Under the conditions of REFIN = 0.6 V and VIN = 3.3 V:
If a current enters the Vout side, does the Vout voltage output lower than 0.6V? Or as long as the sinking current doesn't reach the limit (from datasheet, 3.5 to 5.5A), it can regulate to such Vout, correct?

Also, why does "VO sink current limit" value has this range (3.5 to 5.5A)? Any way to determine/set the exact IVOSNCL?

For your assistance please.

Regards,
Archie A.
