Hello,

I am using the bq40z80 eval board for testing purposes before developing my own BMS board. So my actual battery configuration is 6s li-ion battery pack according to this, I have feed configuration in the eval board (I attached the configuration file for review).

Now as i connect the load to the eval board its output voltage on the eval board gets zero. I didn't understand why this happing.

 Also, i am trying to get the default firmware configuration of Bq40z80 but I couldn't find that Could you please help me with this?

    Hello Hrishikesh,

    You can upload the default flash settings by either uploading the SREC again, or be going to the data memory tab and selecting import->import defaults then click the "write" button to upload the settings. The second option will not clear the chem ID, only the data flash settings that you can see in bqstudio. The device firmware (default SREC) is available on the product page.
