We plan to desing TPS40210 (Vin =12 to 57V ,Vout =12v )
but we can not find the referecnce desing -PMP4650 on TI web
Could you please provide the correcnt path for down PMP4650

I was not able to find PMP4650 within our library either.
If this was a reference design of TPS40210, it might have been removed or edited.
If you are not able to find a similar reference design that fits the given specification, I would recommend to build the design manually using the datasheet and the quickstart calculator, which can be downloaded from the product page.

Thanks for the feedback.
Its is hard to work with just the schematic of the PMP4650, as I cannot find any other data on the reference design and also no values for the input voltage range or the output power.
As the design uses an alternative enable structure, I would need some time to look into this design myself.
I will try to find out more about this reference design and give you an update within the next two days.

I did some further research and found a reference design for this topology using a similar part (LM5155).

(Vin 9V-60V, LM5155 max Vin 45V, Vout 12V)
This reference design comes with schematic, test report and BOM cost, so it might be a good fit for a reference.

sorry for keeping you waiting.
For selection of Q2, when selecting an N-channel FET or BJT, please make the following considerations:
- check the voltage ratings to withstand the max input voltage
- check the resistance values when operating in the resistive area, as there can be thermal issues if the switch heats up
- Both FET and BJT can be used for this application
For selection of the diode:
- check the leakage current
- check the thermal performance
For selection of the R69:
- use a resistor that is small enough that there is enough current to supply the gate (if all the current leaks through the diode, there is not enough current to supply the gate)
Like in the design of PMP40555, the R77 resistor is not required and can be set to 0 Ohm.
