I want to use this part number, TPS6217x, to supply an MCU in standby mode. As the MCU's standby current is less than 1 uA, can I expect the overall consumption current in standby mode is around 5uA?

TPS62170-Q1 is our old buck converter. We have latest Buck converter with smaller size, lower Iq, higher efficiency and lower component count with internal feedback. The operating quiescent current at Iout=0mA, device not switching is around typ 4uA. Please review the datasheet of TPS629206-Q1 in the link as below.
