TPSM33625: setting 3.3Vout by shorting FB to Out

Hi,

I have a question regarding using the TPSM33625 in a 3.3Vout : although the DS doesn't seem to reference it, on the EVM guide you can find this bit of information (ch4 , bottom of page 7)

"The TPSM33625RDNR can be configured for a fixed 3.3-V output by shorting nets "VOUT" to "VFB" together.
Remove R10 to ensure an accurate IQ measurement for a fixed 3.3-V output."

Is this an accurate statement?
