Inverting boost/buck-boost recommend

Hi team,

Do we have any boost or buck-boost converter that can output negative voltage?

Condition:

Vin = 3 ~ 4.5V

Vout = -20V

Iout = 4mA

Hello,

Thanks for reaching out. As the power needed in this application is very low, a normal boost with an inverting charge pump at the switch node will be able to fulfill these specs.
