Does the Output pin have the Absolute Maximum Rating? 
I am concerned about the spike voltage on the output.

    Hi Kengo,

    Thank you for posting.  The datasheet does not give an Abs Max rating because the pin is not intended to receive an external voltage source, and it will support the application with Vin up to 60V.  The internal FET's body diode serves as a clamp path to limit the Output pin voltage to VIN pin with a diode drop above it. As long as Vin does not exceed 60V, the device should be safe.
