    Hello Eric,

    Thanks for the inquiry. A 25V/0.42A/140ms violates the SOA limits in the datasheet. The SOA current limitation for 35V/100ms is 0.3A. This corresponds to the DC limit line from the SOA curve in Figure 10 of the datasheet. We consider any pulse width >= 100ms to be DC. Please let me know if I can be of any further assistance.
