Hello,

We have a same issue for the programming BQ27546-G1.

1) Depend on Mr. Anad's question, any other versions of the BQ275XX we don't see any of the information of related of the OTP feature.Is the BQ27546 only one time programmable Battery gauge IC. you can see the Mr. Shirish answer belowed pictures.

2) If we want to directly program BQ27546 with MCU(without EV2400 or EV2300 module) Is it possible to make it?

3)If the BQ27546 have one time programmable data memory, every time to need make a change data file, we have to replace new one?

Hello Melih,

1. The bq27546-G1 has reprogrammable memory, not OTP. See "Data flash" references in the TRM on how to access and program

2. Yes, all information is provided in the TRM

3. The easiest way to reprogram is to create a df.fs file from bqStudio and program the df.fs file from the MCU

1) How can we import df.fs file to MCU? If the any documentation of explain that you have, can you share with us?

2)Is the df.fs file importable format for TEXAS, ST or RENESAS MCU.
