LM74701-Q1: LM74701 Drive 2 x Mosfet Parallel Question

We use LM74701 design in our parallel battery packs. We have some question from our end customer.

  1. Does the LM74701 need a resistor series in Gate for limit the driver current?
  2. They use LM74701 drive 2 x Mosfet (CRTT067N10N) parallel. May I know whether have parasitic oscillation between parallel power Mosfets? Please refer to attached APP note, it got from end customer.
  3. Does the LM74701 whether have enough ability to drive 2 x CRTT067N10N parallel

      1. A resistor in series with the Gate is not required for the operation of LM747001-Q1
    2. They use LM74701 drive 2 x Mosfet (CRTT067N10N) parallel. May I know whether have parasitic oscillation between parallel power Mosfets? Please refer to attached APP note, it got from end customer.
      1. There can be oscillations on the Gate signal due to parasitics but this should not be an issue as irrespective of the Gate ON/OFF, the body diode can always conduct as long as the Vin> Vout. That being said, there is no harm in placing a resistor (in the order of 4Ω - 10Ω) in series with the gate of each FET to dampen the oscillations.  
    3. Does the LM74701 whether have enough ability to drive 2 x CRTT067N10N parallel
      1. Yes, LM74701-Q1 can drive 2 x CRTT067N10N FETs in parallel.
