BQ40Z50-R1: PF CB MAX THRESHOLD

We are investigating CB PF's on packs and found results that do not agree with the TRM. We have some packs with a PF registered for CB. Of the packs with balance times below, only Pack 11 registered a PF. It met the CB Delta Threshold criteria for a PF. But all meet the CB MAX THRESHOLD criteria for a PF, yet only Pack 11 has a PF. Please explain.

Please share the exported .gg files and your golden image, there is not enough information to determine why this would occur without the gg files.

Sorry it took a while to get the files. The balance times per cell are shown for the 3 samples from which the attached GG files were exported. None registered a PF for CB.

Hello Lon,

From what I can tell the gauge may actually be using 2x the programmed value due to some unit conversions. That is why only pack 11 failed because the CB delta was 2x your programmed value and the delay was probably met. I am verifying internally now with the other teams.
