Hello,
Our customer is annoyed the standby power consumption difference with Figure 6 in User's guide SLUUB75. He could measure 680mW at 100VAC no load condition whereas we can see approx.2.5mW in Figure 6.
Could you kindly help him how he can measure such a low consumption power.
