TPS61046: boost device recommend

Hi team,

I'd like to find a boost device that can support below conditions. I can see TPS61046 is suitable and I just want to check if there is another suitable device.

Vin = 2.5 - 5.5V.

Vout = 20V

Iout = 20mA

    Hi Peter,

    There are a lot of devices suitable.

    Please check other demands like inner switches, package, frequency and so on.

    TLV61046A is with inner switches.

    TPS61040 is with outside diode.

    I didn't list out large current devices. they will be bigger in size.
