I have recently finished a schematic for a LM5119 Dual Output design. I was hoping to have it reviewed to see if any parts of the design need to be changed. Attached is the schematic. I used the LM(2)5119 Calculator to get most of my values, just want to verify it would hit the specification target.
Here are the following specifications I am trying to meet:
Input Voltage: 48V
Output Voltage Channel 1 / Channel 2: 40V
Output Current Channel 1 / Channel 2: 10A maximum
Fsw: 230kHz
K Factor: 2.8
UVLO Voltage: 12V
Important Parts:
Q1, Q2, Q3, Q4: BSC027N06LS5ATMA1 (Vds 60V, Id 100A, Rds 2.3 mOhm)
L1, L2: 7443556110 (10uH, Current Rating 15A, DC Resistance 6.9 mOhm)
D1, D2: PMEG6010
