UCD3138A64: Need help for datasheet and documentation of custom TI part number

Hi,

Good day! I would like to request for help for the datasheet for UCD3138A64-Q1 or UCD3138A64QPFCRQ1. As per Ti chat support, this is a custom part. I can't seem to find the datasheet for this part and related documentation such as the updated TI top side marking information. I have the TI top side marking information for smaller packages but for larger packages like TQFP80, all I can find is this outdated document from National Semiconductor ( which is now part of TI) dated 2001. I've attached a screenshot for reference. I would highly appreciate any help with regards to this issue. Thank you very much.

    Hi Xuemei,

    Thank you for the information. I also need help with the other request, about the Top Side Marking convention for larger parts such as 80-pin TQFP. I have found the Device Marking convention for small TI packages only, and the available documentation for high pin count or larger devices seem to be outdated. I have attached a sample snapshot of the document for reference, please see my previous post. I hope you could help me with this.

    Hello Louie,

    We do have UCD3138A64, UCD3138128 and UCD3138128A that are TQFP package. Unfortunately, I don't have the marking info documentation neither.

    My understanding is that the marking mainly contains the part number,  date code or maybe manufacture info or similar. I'm an application engineer and just focuses on the part number. I'm sorry that I can't help. But I believe our FAE/Sales team would lead you to the right person who shall have this information.
