Hello Emma,

EV2400/EV2300 don't support production programming any longer, we do not have support for BQProduction with the newer gauges.

So what do we recommend to customer using BQS4050. this tools even support BQ40Z50-r1.

I don't understand why you say it not support newer gauges.

Hello Emma,

If they use the EV2300 MKST it can work, please review the release notes:

BQPRODUCTION V1.0.16 Build 1 release notes

This version of BQPRODUCTION supports MKST-3P-ALT-EV2300
Up to 16 MKST-3P-ALT-EV2300s can be connected to a single PC and BQPRODUCTION can communicate in parallel to speed up programming.

Note:

BQPRODUCTION does *not* work with the EV2400 because the EVM terms of sale prohibit use of EV2400 in production.

Future versions of BQPRODUCTION are expected to support MKST-ALT-3P-EV2300
