LM3150: LM3150MHX-J7002527: how is this similar or different to the standard LM3150MHX offering?

Part Number: LM3150

We have sourced some of these J7002527 versions and need to understand if and how they differ from standard LM3150.

My understanding from the supplier is that it was a "customized" version for some customer, and that it is a "better-than" from the standard LM3150.

I cannot find any information on this version. Can someone shed some light on it?

Thank you!

Tim

  • Hi Tim,

I'll check internally and give you feedback later. Thanks.

  • Hi Tim,

Sorry for the late reply, I checked with the team, they said it's a product released in 2008, so we found no relevant information in the Galileo system. But generally according to this naming rule, this chip should be a customized product. Customized product generally do not disclose specific information. But it should be similar to LM3150MHX. There may be some differences in some specific performance parameters, so it is recommended that customers test it before batch use.

Hope this can help you. Thanks.
