isolated DC to DC power solution

Hi Team,

Please help to suggest proper and very compact isolated solutions to meet the requirements.

1. Vin = 8V -28VDC

2. Vout = 5VDC

3. Pload max = 5W

4. Pload avg =3W

5. operating temp = -40C - 85C
