TINA acceptance of IGBT spice model

Hello, I have used this support before for TI parts simulated in TINA but this is an IGBT that TINA is having difficulty accepting the netlist I provided. The netlist is in *.LIB file format, TINA would not accept that - it indicated the following - 'More than one subcircuits or models found in this file. Select the one you need from the list.' Which I did and produced a text file from it. TINA accepted that to a point then would not proceed to fully finish the model.

Here are the details:-

Component - Infineon Reverse Conducting IGBT - IKN01N60RC2

Netlist text file - IKN01N60RC2.txt

Details of Netlist - .

SUBCKT IKD04N60RC2_L1 C G E PARAMS: TJ= {TEMP}
X0P3N E C Z04G6 PARAMS: TJ= {TJ}
X0PBD C G E Z00DY PARAMS: TJ= {TJ} N4OW9=0.0107

The pic above can't be made clearer but hopefully you get the picture! The error message is 'Undefined subcircuit Z04G6. (C:\Program Files (x86)\DesignSoft\Tina 9 - TI\EXAMPLES\SPICE\TSPICE.LIB)

So then I click 'OK' and it comes up with another error message, which is 'The circuit cannot be opened or cannot be converted to a macro.'

This has happened before and is not a rare event! I do have some mosfets I need to model in the same circuit but it is likely that I will need help for these too!

Thanks for any assistance from anybody.

Best regards,

Peter J Partridge
