Please explain this logic.When pulling up or floating on PG，why is PG compared to Vfb? If pulled up, Vfb cannot be larger than PG, and if floating, it is meaningless！

The V_FB should be compared to V_REF, please see the block diagram.
V_PG specified in the PG logic table is a typo error and thank you for highlighting that. We will update the datasheet in the next revision.
