BQ76940: BQ76940 Collection value is not accurate

Hi 

The customer design with BQ76940 cascade for 24 series cells. At 2A, 5A, and 8A, abnormal values ​​appear, and the values ​​are all 0x1000.

 Please give some suggestions.

    Hello Star,

    To confirm, the erroneous voltage only happens at 2A, 5A and 7A? If so it sound like it is a software issue. Have you looked into our example code?

    Another possible scenario is that like mentioned in Question 6.3 Why does my voltage (or current) read erratically? of our bq76920, bq76930, bq76940 AFE FAQ document.

    It could be the data is between one of these boundaries causing the error.
