mode pin tie to Vin(FPWM mode)

they found the SW pressure is more than datasheet:
My question is:
how to get the 10nS in SW(AC less than 10nS)?
how to understand SW AC? because this parameter is describe SW shock so we don't know this 10nS whether is main shock doesn't 10V and less than 10nS?
how many SW AC is normal?
in the other question:
how to reduce SW shock? customer increase RC snubber circuit but this RC will increase load transition so do you have recommend value or calculate method?
