Part Number: LMS3655-Q1

I am checking MTBF for the LMS3655MQURNLRQ1.

The default output shows 0.1 FIT and 7.01xE9 MTBF, however when i tried calculating for a different temperature, i noticed that if i put 55c, i need to set FIT to around 0,1426 in order to get the same MTBF. Is it because the FIT number has been rounded in the initial default output at 55c? I checked some other components and some of them also have a similar discrepancy.

This should be caused by resolution of the computation.

BTW, are you trying to use MTBF to do functional safety FIT? MTBF is not good way for functional safety FIT.

Then i will take 0,1426 as the value.

Can i use this calculator for any suppliers FIT conversion for different temperatures?

I am trying to do technical FIT. Just curious, where can i find functional safety FIT data for each part?
