LM25088: Options for operation at 400V

Part Number: LM25088

I'm working on a buck converter to step down 400V to 180V with a 1A max output current.

It seems that almost all of TI's buck controllers have built in drivers and none have an input voltage that works with a 400V rail.   I would like to use a controller with features like the LM25088 and I was hoping that I could use an external driver that is rated appropriately to drive the MOSFET.

Can I just tie the gate drive outputs from the controller to the inputs on the external gate driver?

How do I handle the bootstrap and switch node pins?  Can I just tie the switch node pin to ground and use a normal bootstrap capacitor value?

Thanks!
